BAD KNEES

Why is it that when your knees are hurt, they REALLY are hurt??  There are no real MINOR injuries that can occur to the knee.  The injuries take forever to heel because you have to WALK to get to where you are going~!~!  I hurt my knee and it's been two weeks today since I hurt it and the best I can do is to walk slowly for about half a mile :(  It is sooooo SO frustrating~!~!  And best case scenario is that my knee will be healed (if I rest it!!) in about 4 weeks.... HA  I can't rest my knee for 4 weeks... I don't know anyone that can in today's society, it's so fast paced and there is always somewhere to be gone to.... FEEL BETTER KNEE!!!

WEDDINGS OVER... NOW WHAT??

I was completely stressed out about my wedding EVERY day until the day it was over... now I am just married and feel so relieved to have the stress gone that I don't think that it has really hit me yet that I AM married...  I keep waiting for myself to feel different.  I have already changed my name over in everything except for my social security card, which I have to do today!!!  DON'T FORGET JESSICA!!! nothing is different... I suppose it might hit me when someone first calls me Mrs. Neill... Cliff still hasn't done that... I feel like I have nothing to do now that the wedding is over... it's kinda nice, but what do I do now??

High Heels

Whoever created the high heel must have had some awesome coordination and balance.  I HAVE NO BALANCE, so when my friends was to go out dancing I always wear flip-flops... oh but you can't wear flip-flops to your BACHELORETTE party oh no!!!  SO... I wore the high heeled shoes and what happens... I hyperextend my knee!!!  And to add to my hatred of heels, I also have to walk in heels (3 in.) for my wedding on friday, with a knee brace on... oh JOY!!! :(

Easy Button

Whoever has tried to plan a wedding on their own, I give you props.  I am tired of hearing that I have forgotten something or I am doing something wrong or I picked the wrong date because of HOMECOMING!!!  Seriously... I picked my wedding date in JANUARY... didn't know that it was going to be on the night of homecoming.  So now my family is asking, "what time is the wedding over?" "it won't take long will it?" "your reception isn't that important.... I may miss it..."  what a messed up way to be.  THE WEDDING WILL BE OVER WHEN ITS OVER!!!!  Anywho... back to the wedding planning... I need a fat easy button that will take the wedding that I see in my head and put it into the church... that would be super!!!  then i could focus on school and work and my home!!!

Lubbock Drivers

How come is it that my friends and I can't seem to get around in Lubbock without someone trying to KILL US!!  Just today my friend Ashley was hit by a truck and her vehicle was totalled.  She had her baby in the car with her!!!  LUBBOCK PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DRIVE!!!!  Before someone else I know gets hurt!!!

Introduction

So... I'm a 22 year old female who was born in Tahoka, Texas.  Shortly when I was 2 years old, my mother left my drug using father and moved to Jacksboro, Texas to live closer to her mother, my grandmother, Linda.  My mother eventually remarried and is now married to my step-father Lee.  They had a child together, Beth.  When I was 11 years old my family moved to Wellman, Texas and that is where I finished out my secondary school.  I have moved around a bit and have attended South Plains College, but now I am at Tech and living with my fiance Cliff Neill.  We have been together for 4 years and plan to wed this month on the 17th.  I don't really know what else is going to be held for me in the future, but it'll come rain or hail.
